Location: Heaven Can Wait
Date: March 1, 2025 9am-5pm
Capacity: 10 participants
Price: 120 Euros per person
( includes coffee, teas, homemade pastries, fruits, and a vegetarian lunch with seasonal produce from our hort)

You will start the day at Heaven Can Wait with coffee, tea, and homemade pastries, followed by introductions and an overview of the workshop. Meghan will introduce key concepts, including how to use textures, patterns, and composition to tell visual stories that connect humans, animals, and nature.

A guided nature walk will help you observe light, locations, and natural subjects, with Meghan providing tips on framing and composition. You will then begin your first hands-on session, capturing human interaction with nature while experimenting with natural elements like leaves, stones, and wood in your shots.

A vegetarian lunch will offer time for discussion and Q&A before an afternoon session focused on experimentation—playing with shadows, reflections, and textures to create dynamic compositions. After a coffee break and feedback session, you will move into the final practice, incorporating animals (if available) and exploring the human-animal connection through emotive storytelling.

The workshop will conclude with a final reflection and image-sharing session, where Meghan will provide feedback and insights. If time allows, there will be a short discussion on photo editing techniques and opportunities to showcase your work in a future exhibit.

By the end of the day, you will leave with new skills, creative inspiration, and a stronger connection to nature through your photography.
